Choose from 3 programs:
1.
Site Visit and Do-It-Yourself Landscape Plan If you want to do the work
yourself, I will meet with you and draw a new landscape right on the ground for you to follow.
For just $75 an hour, I will draw the edge of the lawn and locate all the plants you would like to have. With it will come a list of plants to select and I show you where to plant them. I will also give you brochures on how to grow a better lawn with fewer pesticides,
preparing the soil, planting instructions, and provide any assistance you might need.
2. Layout Plan - If you want a contractor to do all or part of the work, I will provide a landscape plan
for you and/or the contractor to follow. The plan will show the location of trees,
major shrubs, the lawn areas, all permanent structures, and other significant parts of your landscape and property. Plus I will give you lists of annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs for your new landscape. If you would like the plan and you can provide a plot plan of your home on the lot (similar to one in your
deed), my fee will be $75 per hour and it will take about 4 hours to prepare the plan.
Without this plot plan, the fee will be more because I will have to spend an additional 2 - 3 hours to draw it myself. Included on the plan is a layout of the gardens and grass areas, plus a plant list,
and brochures that will assist you and your contractor with the development of your new landscape. I will also be available to provide a follow up visit to lay out the landscape on the ground.
3. Contract Document Would you like a plan so you wont have to do anything but hire a contractor? I will provide a complete set of landscape drawings that you can give to your landscape
maintenance company or landscape contractor. Leonard Phillips, Landscape
Architect will repare a complete set of plans similar to the Layout Plan, plus the exact
locations of all the plant materials and all the garden beds. This detailed set
of documents will also include proper planting details, a cost estimate, and a plant list. It will require about 10 hours
of my time.

you would like Leonard Phillips, Landscape Architect to come to your home, you
can call for a follow up visit at $75 per hour. I can help you transform
